The flowers are pretty and were fun to put together. I would definitely say this is for adults, though, as it is a bit delicate and not to sturdy for kids to assemble really. But that is fine – a I think maybe teens and adults are the market for this anyway. The flowers are cool looking and you can use just one alone or put them all together. I prefer to use my own glass vase with these as although the paper vase it comes with looks pretty cool – it doesn’t really hold them well. Holding paper flowers – sure. Holding flowers heavier than the vase – nope – it isn’t really going to work out too well. Another reason I do not think this is for kids at all – the vase would drive them crazy. : )I put mine in my office as then I always shave a pop of color and the idea of flowers. Would also be great for a guest bedroom as some people have allergies to real flowers – so this can still be welcoming.I hope that you have found my review “helpful”. : ) Enjoy your day! : )First off these flowers are very cute. I love the idea especially because I can't manage real plants for anything. Now here's where we run into issues; the vase is tedious when trying to put together and I certainly can't see little kids putting it together with ease; the bricks are fine but they don't snap together very well and they keep falling apart. You have to be super careful just to keep the pieces together; The stems aren't strong enough to hold the top of the flower. When you put the flowers in the vase it keeps falling over because the flowers are so top heavy and the vase is only cardboard. I'm going to try finding a different vase or multiple ones because I do think they're pretty, I'm just not loving the way they came. But all in all it is a fun project and nice team building.My partner and I were hoping to enjoy building this set together, but unfortunately the directions were unclear in more than a few places, and the pieces did not have consistency (i.e. the same style pieces would fit differently on another individual piece). I've had good luck with generic building sets before, but this was not one of those times.This is like my 3rd flower set so I gave it to my 17yr old and she got it done in a hour.. the "vase" part doesn't stay closed well (its like a paper material which has no hold)so that's the only negative I can say...I love these flowers. Different techniques used to make them all very unique. The pieces snaped together very well for me and I had plenty of pieces.The vase is made out of cardboard. I really don't care for that. I usually use a glass vase to put my flowers in. I also put glass beads in the vase because it helps support the stems of the flowers and you can position them exactly the way you want.The colors of the flowers are very beautiful and as usual the directions were well detailed and easy to follow.I definitely recommend this kit
