The skirt ran a little big. It is made of felt and really cheap. Was hard to iron and couldn’t get all the wrinkles out. Was not flattering ? but unless you’re a size 4 are any poodle skirts? I’m a size 18/20 and I could have ordered a 1x. Def needs a petticoat. Worth buying for a costume party. It whirled up pretty good when I spun, so that was fun.
