My wife bought it for her neck but I use it on the inside of my knee. Works wonderfully both places!!Can't smell the scent much but works great for my migraines. I keep it in my truck and it worked pretty well as a pillow while I got my last tattoo. A+ for that!It's amazing?Very disappointed in this item. It doesn’t get very hot even though I keep increasing the time in microwave. Then it cools off quickly so i really don’t get a relief from my neck pain.This wrap heats up well in the microwave and the warmth lasts. However, it smells like maple syrup not lavender. I thought it was my microwave so I scrubbed it and tried again. Nope. Still maple syrup. I am keeping the wrap and will try using it again in the fall when the smell of maple syrup might not bother me as much lol.Soft and snug with a slip thru band to fix the sides together and keep in place. I love the lavender scent, which is subtle but noticeable. This is a quality product, thick and heavy around the neck, which feels good. It doesn't hold heat very well which is disappointing. And I'm not sure if it is helpful for pain relief. But just the same I like it and recommend it for its calming and relaxing effect.Really helps with my stiff and sore neck. A moist heat that lasts for a while. The smell is a little strong at first, but not too overwhelming. Would recommend.Love this neck wrap! Beautifully made, soft, easy to use, & it works!!!!
